Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policies last 30 days from the product delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your product delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds for the following scenarios:

  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address. Please ensure you enter the proper mailing address when placing your order.

  • Products received as requested; however, you wish to have another size/color instead.

  • Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1″).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order. The order will not be considered canceled unless we confirm cancellation with you.

If your product has shipped, we will evaluate the order to determine how to refund your account minus the shipping fees back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
