These are templates for use in Filemaker Pro 6 and above set up for a Macintosh they may work on a PC but I don't know. You need a working knowledge of how to edit and use Filemaker Pro which I learned just by editing these templates. You will need to replace my info and customize the info and fields to fit your own needs. Treat these as a starting point for your database of business forms. A special thanks to Illustrator extraordinaire, Bryan Leister for the templates that I started with. I can't guarantee that the info is 100% correct and bug free. I'm also not a lawyer giving you legal advice on how you should write and compose your forms. I do this for the simple reason the more professional illustrators present themselves as a business the more overall respect you and I get in the bigger picture. Sorry but, I can't provide any tech support on these files. I have been using my version of this since 2000 and really love it.
